Every guest gets their OWN QR code. No more one shared ticket for the whole table — each person in your squad receives an individual QR pass for entry.

Table leader verifies the whole squad. The table leader receives a secure Ticket-ID + password link and registers every guest before the event — each guest's Full Name, IC, Phone, Photo, plus a party nickname.

Leader verified & highlighted at the door. The verified table leader is flagged and highlighted at entry, so security knows exactly who is hosting the table.

Faster entry & service. Pre-registered guests and per-person QR codes mean quicker door check-in and smoother table service on the night.

1. Binding Agreement. By completing a booking, you confirm you have read and agreed to these Terms. Your booking is a legally binding contract with White Collar Events (Creative Factory Painting Sdn Bhd).

2. Payment. All payments via bank transfer to Maybank (White Collar Events · 562889196674). Full payment required within 24 hours of booking to confirm your table.

3. No Refund Policy. All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers once payment is completed.

4. Ticket Validation. Your Ticket ID and QR Code must be validated before event day. All attendees must submit their Full Name, IC Number, and Phone Number. Unvalidated tickets will NOT be accepted at the door.

5. Guest Registration. All PAX under a table package must be pre-registered. Unregistered slots are forfeited without refund.

6. Chargebacks. Unauthorised chargebacks are considered fraud. We reserve the right to pursue legal action and permanently ban attendees.

7. Personal Data. By booking, you consent to collection of your personal data for security purposes, in accordance with Malaysia's PDPA 2010.

SE Tables (Dry Zone — Cocktail Tables). Sold per PAX at RM 118/PAX. Minimum 2 PAX (RM 236). Maximum 10 PAX (RM 1,180). No bottle is included — this is the only table type where alcohol is fully optional. You may add bottles/wine/beer at checkout, or skip and continue.

All Other Tables (Wet Zone & Dry Premium). Fixed price per table. 1 bottle is included (Wine Merlot or higher tier depending on the table). Extra drinks may be added on. Pax capacity per table is shown on the card and is the maximum allowed.

Single Entry Pass. Currently RM 118/PAX (early-bird rate). Walk-in price on event day: RM 148/PAX. Single Pass holders are seated only at the bar area (approx. 20 seats, first-come-first-serve, no reserved seating). Single Pass does NOT include a table or bottle.

Bar Area & Joining a Table. Wet Zone Single Pass holders may join an existing booked table only with the booking party's consent. Dry Zone tables require minimum 2 PAX to book; bar seating is the only single-person entry option.

Add-On Single Passes. Existing table buyers may add Single Passes to increase their party size beyond the table's included PAX. Each add-on Single Pass is RM 118.

Promo Codes. Performer or partner promo codes redeem a free party items kit (worth RM 100). One redemption per booking. Cannot be combined with the paid Party Items Kit add-on.

Layout Updates. Our floor plan has been revised a few times in the lead-up to the event. Any table already purchased remains exactly as booked — your table, package and position are unaffected. New tables have been added to the layout.

Positioning on Event Day. The table positions shown in the floor plan are a guide. On the actual event day, a table's exact position may be adjusted slightly based on on-site circumstances. In every case, your table's view and angle to the stage and pool area, and its seating capacity, will remain the same as booked.

Age. Strictly 21+. Valid IC or passport required.

Dress Code. Smart casual or decent swimwear.

Zero Tolerance. No drugs, weapons, or controlled substances.

Conduct. Harassment, violence, or inappropriate behaviour = immediate removal, no refund.

Pool Safety. Swim at own risk. No diving or rough play.

Drink Driving. Strongly advised against. Organiser accepts no liability.

Right of Entry. Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry at any time without obligation to provide reason or refund.
